How to Install Android 8.0/8.1 Oreo Gapps
1. Firstly, flash Android 8.0/8.1 Oreo-based AOSP custom ROM on your device through recovery mode (TWRP preferred). Some of the popular custom ROMs are LineageOS 15, Paranoid Android, SlimROM, etc.
2. Once done, download appropriate Gapps .zip file from above links & save it to your device storage.
3. Boot your phone into TWRP recovery mode.
